Deaf-first by design
The learning experience starts with the communication needs of Deaf learners instead of adding accessibility at the end.
InCon—short for Inclusive Connect—is a deaf-first, AI-powered digital-skills learning platform created for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing people, particularly in Nigeria.
Many online courses are built around spoken explanations. InCon takes a different approach: visual-first lessons, automatic captions, Nigerian Sign Language interpretation through a 3D avatar, interactive learning and project-based training come together in one accessible environment.
The goal goes beyond making videos accessible. InCon is being built to help learners develop practical competencies, build confidence and move toward further education and employment opportunities in the digital economy.
We are working toward a learning experience where accessibility is the foundation, not an additional feature.
The learning experience starts with the communication needs of Deaf learners instead of adding accessibility at the end.
Visual explanations, captions and Nigerian Sign Language support reduce dependence on spoken instruction.
Structured pathways, practical work and progress tracking are designed to build useful, employable digital skills.
InCon is designed for learners and the institutions, organisations and employers that support their progress.
Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing people seeking accessible digital-skills learning and career development.

Disability-inclusion organisations delivering accessible training programmes at scale.
Organisations supporting workforce inclusion, employee upskilling and future talent pathways.
InCon is not a general sign-language translator. It is a digital-skills learning platform built around visual communication and Nigerian Sign Language, with a path from accessible instruction to practical capability.
